Decor is personally managed by Steve Tuckey who is also the Director. He incorporated Decor in April 2002 after 25 years as a successful Tradesman Painter. As he progressed into Project Management he required more enthusiastic Qualified Trades Persons who were like minded, and took pride in their work as Professional Painters and Decorators.

We are Fully insured with £2,000.000 Public Liability and £10,000.000 Employers Liability Insurance. All employees adhere to our No Smoking Policy.

Safe Methods of Working

All of our operatives have been trained and are constantly aware of the responsibilities to themselves, colleagues and members of the public. Operatives are made aware of Method Statements which outline any specific hazards related to the contract and are encouraged to be pro active relating to site safety, whether Domestic or Commercial.

High Standard of Workmanship

Operatives are trained in their specific field and are always encouraged to take responsibility for their work, completing projects efficiently, and in line with Company standards as stated in Decor`s Code of Practice with all painting conforming to British Standard (BSI) BS: 6150

The required standards and systems of work are explained to all operatives by management with site visits undertaken daily to ensure compliance. Should the Client believe there to be cause for complaint, it is Company Policy to investigate immediately in order to rectify any concern with minimum inconvenience to the client.To ensure the services of the Company meet the Clients requirements we maintain support from pre-contract stage through to final invoice.

Procedures and Systems are in place to ensure Compliance with this Policy.
